“I am infinity
inspecting with undiscriminating stare of baby eyes ……..”
As a child I always knew that Life was more than the world around
me and I had many early spontaneous realisations. The impulse to
close the gap between what I knew and what I experienced in the
world around me stayed with me all my life. Drawn to inner research,
I explored every aspect of what I thought of as me. I deeply examined
my feelings, beliefs and physical structure and my story. This
introspection led me to really know the difference between the
personality that I perceived myself to be and who I really am.
This discrepancy between knowing and experiencing created a tension
leading to frequent periods of depression. I began to seek a resolution
to this. First I tried the medical model, psychoanalysis, my own
introspection, my faith and some self help. In spite of what I
knew, this was not enough. The birth of my second child led me
to Karl Jung and analytical psychology. This was a turning point
in grounding what I knew in my actual experience.
From my early days in teaching I loved working
with people, and had the gift of intuitive communication. I moved
from teaching to creative life coaching and personal development
including, meditation and inner creative processes. This exploration
and work in this way has spanned three decades and has included
amongst other things, research and training in, Humanistic Psychology,
Language, Communication and Relationship, Regression and Integration,
Polarity Therapy, Breath and sexual energy, Enlightenment Mastery,
Frank Natale Institute, Live Food Nutrition, Energy and Awareness
with Manuel Schoch, Voice and Sound and authentic movement. Eastern
philosophy, Ayurveda, Vedic Astrology, Inner Yoga and Sri Vidya.
I have developed many tools and processes
including maps of consciousness and Communicating
from the Heart.
My philosophy is very simple, and is based
on the awareness that
we all carry within us all that is needed for the complete unfolding
of our potential. My aim is to facilitate the growth of that
awareness in my clients and to support them in this process of
continuing
self discovery. I’m a Living Alchemist - a modern-day
practitioner of the medieval science and philosophy that sought
to turn base metal
into gold. Alchemists also pursued a universal cure for disease
and the elixir of life, what some might call the secret of longevity.
I play with discovering the magic, the genius, within us all; our
own secret formula for turning it all into real gold, a truly creative,
aware and fully abundant life. I love to create simple ways to
help us shift perception and open our eyes to who we really are.
